When using bevel gears, it is important to assemble them reasonably, so what should be paid attention to during assembly?
For the assembly of bevel gear, first adjust the center lines of the two shafts to the same plane, first adjust the gear clearance, then adjust the displacement of the shaft base note, and check with a feeler gauge. There should be no biting or abnormal sound when the gears rotate and mesh. In theory, the assembly of bevel gears involves the meshing of two gears with contact spots of over 70%. Adjust the meshing clearance between the two gears by adjusting the thickness of the gasket. The clearance should not be too large. If it is too large, the teeth of the gear will be damaged, and if it is too small, it will be stuck. Be sure to rotate it for more than one turn without getting stuck, because there is also a certain deviation in the tooth ring jumping during the manufacturing process of the bevel gear. During the rotation process, some parts are loose and some parts are tight, and the tight parts should be adjusted. However, before assembly, Be sure to check if there are any bumps on the tooth surface of the bevel gear, and if there are any, be sure to clean them up. If the bevel gear manufacturing is assembled without jamming, it may also cause interference during high-speed operation and temperature rise, resulting in vibration noise.
